Darlene's formal training and greatest insight into the world of dogs was the result of a 28-day training intensive taught by Turid Rugaas in seven 4-day sessions during 2015. She continues to teach AKC Star Puppy, Canine Good Citizen, Intro to Competitive Dog Sports, Rally, Obedience and Trick Dog.  When the Lagotto Romagnolo Club of America asked her to add some training tips. on their website, she was both honored and motivated. Developing content for the website was certainly the impetus for her training primer  Build Trust and Confidence with Your Dog, available through Amazon.  Darlene currently lives in New Mexico with her Lagotto, Ragazzza Dolce Isabella.
